General Information: Used item from smoke free premises. Unlike certain large sellers, we never list discs covered in scratches and scuffs and mark them as 'good' or 'acceptable'...........we bin discs in that condition.
Does this mean my disc will look like new?
Best to be realistic and say no, unless 'sealed' is stated, it has been played and handled so a very small and shallow surface scratch or rubbing mark from the case may be present but nothing major. If you want a mint disc, it's best to buy new and sealed but you won't receive any rubbish from us.
If I watch my disc and there's a fault can I get a refund and keep the item?
Sorry but all discs with faults must be returned if a refund is required, this will be quite rare due to the quality checks on our stock. Discs are security marked so the correct disc must be returned.
Please note: We are only here during office hours Mon-Fri, we cannot answer questions or send invoices outside these times, items purchased Friday are unlikely to be posted/collected until the following Monday
